Tips for analyzing your 360°Reach Results
- Before beginning your analysis, ensure you have received all your responses
- Print out all individual responses, your self assessment and the summary of all the data
- In performing the analysis, try to remain objective (we know it can be a challenge) when looking at the data
- Stay focused on the big picture and don't give any individual response too much attention
- Look for a few good threads, themes or messages. What is this feedback telling you?
- Organize your individual responses by category of respondent to look for consistency within each group and among groups.
- Look for similarities and differences between your self-assessment and the summary of external feedback
- Once you have completed your analysis, make an action plan. How are you going to use this data to advance in your career?
